I am extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of work, craftsmanship and the level of service that I have received from SSC. I had a very specific idea for our kitchen layout, and I had some ideas in my mind from watching HGTV shows, looking through Pinterest and within other sources.

My initial emails back and forth with Tara took her design wisdom and expertise on board, as she created the drawings for our kitchen. We used a designer for our home build design, and it was so refreshing working with Tara who had no problem editing and then re-editing her drawings for my kitchen visualization until the very end when we were happy!

Kyle was on location at our home installing our kitchen and powder room vanity. He returned several times for some very professional finishing touches. We especially love our corner kitchen drawers! They are a game changer!!

The kitchen is officially completed. We love it, every aspect of it, so thank you to everyone at South Shore once again for a fantastic job.  

Over 7 years ago Roy and his team, particularly Brian, installed all the millwork in my new home – kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, office, closets.  The attention to detail, the finishing and the personal service was outstanding.  The real testimonial to their work is that today, my home still looks like it is new.  The finishing and workmanship have held up to years of use and love.  I’ve decided to make some changes in one room, and I would not do it with anyone but Roy.  Thank you.  

Installation went very well. Will and Jim did an excellent job installing cupboards! Jim’s talent and patience in finishing is what high quality is all about ! Roy and Tara were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much for making this an easy and memorable experience.

Right from the beginning, I was so pleased to have South Shore Cabinetry Ltd., do the cabinetry for my country kitchen. I approached South Shore Cabinetry because our neighbour and friends had recommended them highly. Robyn, South Shore’s interior designer was extremely helpful and spent a good amount of time over several visits talking to us about some of the ideas we were considering.  I presented Robyn with a  folder of ideas I had found on Houzz and Pinterest.  A couple of the ideas were new to her but she was enthusiastic and confident that South Shore would be able to provide the custom built features we wanted. 

The result was a kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful, it’s functional, it’s modern and without question, the main feature in our home. One expects good customer service when planning a major renovation.  South Shore raised the bar on that expectation with their enthusiasm, interest,  quality of workmanship and especially with how accommodating they were to our needs and schedules. 

Contrary to some of the horror stories we had heard about major kitchen renovations, we found this to be the most positive renovation experience in our 27 years in this house. We would recommend South Shore to anyone looking for quality, professional help and excellent service before, during and after your renovation.

My wife and I recently decided we would like to have our kitchen renovations done by a professional company. After much research we choose South Shore Cabinetry to undertake the renovations. We found the price to be very competitive and the finished product excellent. The service that South Shore Cabinetry provided was outstanding. In particular, Tara Bushby went way beyond the service you would normally expect  from a professional. We cannot thank Tara enough!  After 25 years with my oak kitchen cabinets, I really wanted a white kitchen with shaker cabinets and some glass inserts that would brighten and modernize the kitchen/family room and that would go with the traditional style of our home.  Our kitchen is large relative to the size of the house and is a focal point of the house so we needed to get this renovation right in order to maintain and hopefully improve the resale value.  After getting 3 quotes, we chose South Shore Cabinetry.

Like most, we really live in our kitchen and being without one for very long would be difficult for us.  South Shore Cabinetry was excellent from start to finish. Robyn, their interior design consultant was attentive to every detail.  She was always there with ideas and options and made sure the functionality of the kitchen would be what we needed. From the time the old kitchen was removed to the time our new kitchen was operational was less than 3 weeks!

Korey, Brian and Dave made sure each phase of the installation was done to perfection.  Every detail was addressed and we were surprisingly relaxed given the chaos these types of renos can cause. 

We are so fortunate to have had Chris Biickert of Precision Marble refer us to Robyn at South Shore Cabinetry. From the moment we stepped through the front door and Robyn greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. Her warm, personable, professional manner put us completely at ease. She listened attentively, and with understanding, to our need for a smart, cleanly designed, very functional master ensuite bathroom vanity. We wanted to do a major change-out of the completely impractical gloss and glitz magazine-look vanity that the builder had installed in our just recently built home. Robyn showed us various styles of cabinetry from which to choose and we readily selected the "Shaker" look, the materials and the stain colour, plus selected door/drawer pulls in a style to match the faucets we'd be having. The overall design was readily submitted to us and approved by email. It captured exactly what we had envisioned and at a very reasonable price point. The high quality materials and excellent craftsmanship were totally evident in the finished cabinetry and its excellent soft-closing, smooth drawer mechanism. Installation of the cabinetry was impeccable and efficient. The fit and finish was perfection.

The installers took pride in their work and were very respectful of our home. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and the wonderful change in our ensuite.
